Hi,

My customer are using Tru-cluster V1.4 with OPS V7.3.2.3 in DU V4.0a.
and 4 Alphaserver 8400.
Today, the customer has a problem that is 'Deallocation of MC region
with va mapped' on each system randomly.
I've checked this problem via CANASTA mail-server, but there was not
matched problem.
The panic string and trace are as follows.

Panic: Deallocation of MC region with va mapped

Trace Point :

	1. panic
	2. rm_dealloc
	3. allocate_RM_region
	4. bss_rm_create_a_segment
	5. bss_rm_add_a_segment
	6. bss_rm_create_segment
	7. bss_dispatch

In messages file, there are so many message as belows.

	memory channel - remove node 4
	memory channel - rm_mgmt_lock_clean error
	rmerror_state_change : unit = 0 Err_reg = 0x1404 node = 4

I don't know about the meaning of rm_mgmt_lock_clean error.
And please explain the above trace to approach the problem.

I have seen similar instances of this problem.  I'm not sure if they
are fixed or not.  I recommend filing a report with the support organization
if you are interested in seeing this problem resolved.
