    Is it possible to run only ASE without the MC related deamons on
    on a system that has TCR Production Sevrer installed?
    If so how do I configure this.
    
    The reason for wanting this is that my customer may not be ready
    Production Server yet (or it may not be a correct solution for 
    them) but they want the high availability offered by ASE.

    I don't see why you can't just ignore the MC components and leave the
    system set up for PS but only use ASE (and the MC for the network).
