	My customer can't install SNA 3270 TE V1.6 on openVMS 7.1
	+ decnet-plus 
	Can I modify KITINSTAL.COM into SNATE_E01016.A and SNATE016.A 
	to install it on openVMS 7.1 ? Is there another ECO for SNATE ?

    Yes,
    
    Modify the kitinatal.
    
    An ECO will be coming that corrects this as soon as
    V7.1 certification is complete.
    
    I believe TE is o.k. on V7.1 with only the kitinstal change
    needed.
