| | The software is available. The hardware situation is definitely
    not good. They can upgrade an existing PUT2 Demsa gateway to
    Domain.

| | Interesting situation ... the brain is alive and the body has gone.

    Can I consider that "not good" means "no longer available"?

    Thanks,

| 7047.4 | Still fully orderable | EDSCLU::GARROD | IBM Interconnect Engineering | Mon Mar 24 1997 10:29 | 11 |
| | The Domain Gateway-ST is still available for ordering both hardware
    and software. I believe though that stocks of the hardware are low.

    When/if hardware is no longer available the product manager will retire
    the hardware. That is not the case today. In any case the software will
    be fully supported into the indefinite future.

    If you need additional details you should contact the product manager
    Moshe Roditi (DELNI::RODITI).

    Excuse me for being such a peste, but just in case we run out of
    ammunitions (DEMSA/DEMSB stock=0 in the next few months) do we have
    some plan to substitute the current hardware with something else
    (or to port Domain Gateway to another platform?).

    Thanks,
