| | I suggest you sell DECSA customer's replacements... and service
    contracts.

    You're giving them maintenance for retired products that
    they can't and aren't paying support $$$ for.

    It's not good business practice in a for profit organization to
    give anything away.

    Just musing...

| 6892.10 | downloading problem again... | ZPOVC::CHEEHEONG |  | Thu Mar 13 1997 01:20 | 21 |
|  |     Hi

    Thanks for the quick reply and action.

    I have the same downloading problem...but a look at the S1.5A release notes
    doesn't provide a solution for this problem.

    It seems that the solution had been provided by DECnet/SNA Gateway V1.5
    which my customer is currently running.

    The customer has the files CSVLDI.SYS, CSVSEC.SYS, CSVSNA.SYS and
    CSVTER.SYS all dated as 10 November 1988 and V1.5 release notes dated
    as 22 November 1988.

    May I check if the so-called downloading problem had been addressed by
    the above dated files (V1.5). Otherwise, we would have to sell them
    alternatives as suggested by PORCARO.
