| | I've got a set of cards for 2 teams. They were plastic, not cardboard.
About the same size you're talking about. Is this the same thing?

Actually, I was in Japan at the beginning of the month for two
weeks. During my stay, I was determined to find baseball cards
to bring back with me. To my surprise, I couldn't find any in
the stores and I was told that it was the end of the season and
the stores had been sold out for weeks.

During my shopping time, I looked for a card shop but I only
came across a collectors shop. In the store they had coins and
ninja stars and other stuff. At the back of the shop I saw a
rack of cards on display and said "Finally."

So I proceed back to the rack only to find that the cards are
actually Girl Trading cards. Thats right, pictures of beautiful
women and what appeared to be a phone number. I was going to
buy one but the cheapest card I could find was more than $10.

    What a shock...

There is a Seibu Lions baseball team store in the Sunshine 60
Plaza in Ikebukuro, for those who travel to DEC-Japan. It's
on the first floor near the entrance to the Sunshine Prince Hotel.
Of course, the merchandise is all "Seibu Lions" but if you follow
        the team... it has everything.
There is another store at the Tokyo Dome as well.
Does anyone collect Japanse cards? Interested in trading? The most
common cards I've found come 12 to a set, and seem to be widely
	available.
