My son got a Ken Griffy Jr. card in a Donruss pack that had a crease in
it. I guess its worth $5 in mint condition but not with the crease.
Since it came this way, he wants to send them a letter and inform them
of the poor quality of their product. Does anyone have an address for
Donruss?

I sent over 100 damaged,and under exposed cards back to Fleer.For
some reason they got by their quality group and got packaged and
shipped out.Fleers policy is that they don't give you the same card
but they will give new packages plus return the damaged cards back to
the customer.Fleer said that they are very happy to hear from
customers when they have any type of complaint.
