I recently borrowed the 190 game cartridge for sale in 3.* I can't get
it to work in my deck. A neighbor had a new unit just bought about a
month ago and it works in thiers but not mine. I even brought the deck
back to the store and exchanged it for a new one thinking that the
deck was having trouble, but the game still doesn't work, it just keeps
blinking after hitting the reset button. Does anyone have any idea's
why this won't work, I even bought a cleaning kit and cleaned both the
game and the new deck without any luck, any other tricks to make a
better connection.

I bought a game just after Christmas, I'm afraid I can't remember the
maker. It wouldn't work in my system, so I brought it back to the
department store, and the lady there said that the game requires a
adapter to fit NES.
I didn't buy the adapter of course, but I wonder if your
problem is similar. If I can recall the game title or the maker, I
will add it to this note.
