	Hi,
I also have noticed the reference to "Twin Cobra". I don't believe
they are the same. I am going to try and save up 9 bombs and see
what happens though... As far as hint go. I have none to give. I
enjoy this game very much but find it frustrating when I get nailed
with lots of accessories. It seems that you have to be well endowed
with extra weapons if you want to succeed and rescure Joe's
brother. I'm sure there's a hint or some kind of hidden advantage
somewhere. I have not finished the game....

Through my experience "speed" is "weapon" needed on the last two stages.
The game seems to put you into slow motion, forcing you into a no-win
    situation.

Too much speed can be detrimental to the cause as well. I find
myself flying into stray bombs that I would have avoided if I were
	a little slower...
Maybe the object is to aquire an ubelievably large amount of
"speed" so that you are too fast for anything to hit you!

Triple cannon balls and double speed has gotten my brother and
I to the castle twice this weekend.
But we have yet to survive long enough to "win".
    I love the challenge.

You havn't had any luck getting there with triple-rockets? These
seem to eliminate alot of targets on the first shot.

Yes, they do eliminate a lot of targets. But the spread of the
cannonballs seems to compensate for the lack of "visuals" when the
    screen is crowdws.

It is a two-player game with the "option" of one player.
*If you select One Player, the game will only permit the left
controller to operate. However, a second player can jump in at anytime
before the first player is terminated.
OR the single player can switch controllers during play to extend
the game for a longer time.
The game is set up with 3 sets of 3 men with a continue between
sets (this is where you can switch controllers...but you only have
a few seconds). You can aquire more men depending on your score
    & power-ups you collect.
*If you select Two Player, the screen allows the players to interact
in the same field shooting at the same targets.

Are the powerups the "P" objects you can collect?

         You've got it.
BTW, if you find any additional hints in your travels.
               Please post them. thanks
