Try Electronic Boutique or Kay-Bee Toys they both had it.
The salesman at Electronic Boutique said it was a good game, didn't
    get the price from him.

I rented Godzilla this weekend, and I rate it a 4 or 5 out of 10.
As Godzilla (or Mothra) you try to move along a hex board (section
by section) and when you select a section you have to play it...

When you are playing the section you can run in to two monsters (one at
a time). You fight these guys and once they are defeated, they are
gone. Then you have to get to the alien base and destroy it, but when
I landed on the base section, then fought my way through it...I didn't
    find anything.

I found the game, repetitive, boring, and far too easy. One + for it
was good graphics and Godzilla could do some nifty moves....

Mothra just flies and shoots...and releases (poison flakes). Godzilla
    does have his radiation breath...

| | IMHO - This game would be more enjoyable if you just put Godzilla up
against various monsters until he finally reached the "main
event" against Ghidra. To much time and energy is wasted going
through these aircraft attacks. I made it through to the enemy
base of the first grid, defeating it's monster guards, and have
no idea how to move on. Shouldn't that happen automatically?
Mothra's poison flakes are next to useless in battle. They
should have lost Mothra all together and made Godzilla tougher,
like in the movies. He loses to much energy from air/ground
assaults. Excellent graphics, but not as much fun as I was
           hoping it would be.
