| Unfortunately not. My parents do not believe that TV is enriching so
to speak. I can't say the same, but that is not the intent of this

| you could always get a VCR with monitor type output, hitch that
to the TV and then hitch the NINTENDO to the VCR...i also have a
schematic to hitch up a monitor "driver chip" to a Colecovision
(remember them... ;-} ), i'll see what the coleco has for a driver
and if it's the same as the nintendo (could be since both go to
US tv's), maybe it would work for the NINTENDO too...

What inputs does the monitor have? Besides the normal RF output, the
Nintendo Entertainment System provides separated audio and video. If
that is not good enough, you might consider the less-popular Sega
Master System, which provides RGB output.

| It has a nine-pin connector as its only input. It plugs directly
to a color card in the ITT extra. A bogus setup, if you ask me.

| The monitor is looking for TTL level inputs. I'm sure there must
be a way to convert TTL to composite, but I doubt if it's worth
the $$$. I found an Amdek I color monitor at Best about a year
ago for $79, and it's perfect. I'm not sure time and materials
wouldn't add up to more than that.
Blame TTL video on the IBM PC.

| did some looking on the "prints" on how to convert for the coleco
to a monitor output and it calls out pin and resistor conections
inside the "RF" box mounted on the pc board, don't think it's the
same one as in the nintendo tho... ;-(
there is one other person who i know who is a ham-tv operator who
might be able to draw up a way to convert it tho, i'll try to get
ahold of him today...

| My husband did not want to give up the T.V. and he
hooked the Nintendo up to our old Commodore monitor. I am
not real keen on this sort of stuff but I do believe he did not
change anything just hooked it up with the cables nintendo provided.

Our Nintendo is connected to the same monitor I use with my C=64. The
picture is noticeably BETTER through the direct connection of the NTSC
composite video signal than it is when modulated to channel 3 by the
Nintendo and demodulated by the TV. You'll find the same is true with
your VCR.
