1074.0. "FFT Fortran Routines ?" by BISTRO::HASLER () Wed May 03 1989 13:38
    Hello out there,

    	I wish to look at certain Ethernet LAN_ANALYSER traces in the
    	frequency domain. There is a deterministic and a random component
    	in the time domain data and I can have 8192 equi-distant samples.

    	Can any one point me to a Fast Fourier Transform routine with
    	maybe statistical smoothing windows etc written in Fortran?
    	I would normally use the IBM MATHPACK routines or those of NAG
    	but I cannot persuade my manager (yet) to buy the licenses.

    	Also anyone else doing this sort of thing?

    Brian , Valbonne, France
