There is a bug in the RTL routine, STR$DIVIDE which can cause
a division of two numbers with large precisions to come out wrong
around the 28th decimal place. The error occurs whenever a
"borrow" is necessary from 15 consecutive decimal zero digits.
The bug will be fixed in maintenance release V3.7.
