Does anyone have any good idea's for exercise during the summer? The
Texas heat is way to hot to go walking (even at night)---I tend to over
heat anyway (another "fun" thing of being so overweight)

A friend of mine does water aerobics. Has anyone tried this? What
type of things do you do?

| I recently have tried roller skating. It is a sport that one can do
year round. And it is a great fat-burning activity as well as being
    fun and not too expensive.

| In regards to water exercises, you can do all the leg lifts while
standing and holding on. Also you can do some arm exercises as long as
you keep them in the water. From what I've heard it is actually better
to exercise in the water as you get the resistance without the stress
on the muscles. Plain old swimming is the best. Go to the library and
look up some water exercises; they should give you a good start. Or
    check out your local YMCA.

    God Bless!
