Spring and summer are coming. Around this time every year I tell my
self it's time to get in gear. This year I've managed to get myself
the fattest I've ever been. Outdoor concerts and pool parties are
right around the corner. I don't want to say this year "oops, I've
forgotten my bathing suit" when I know darn well that I planned it
that way. I know I can be thin, I can see myself being thin, I've
been thin before and I know how good I feel when I'm thin. I feel
entirely different now and I don't like it at all. I know I can
exercise and eat well, it's just a matter of getting started. Help!

Hi Jonelle,
Be encouraged! There's lots of support out there. A very helpful file
is 500 and the replies. A couple of comments I found valuable were
these: are you doing this because you have to or want to? identifying
reasons you tend to overeat and attempting to replace those with
non-food solutions. I know you can do it. You'll be thin and feelin'
soooooooooooo good. As I write this people are loudly crunching on
girlscout cookies around me. You're not alone in the struggle. Please
write back to keep in touch.
Wishing you a successful start this weekend!
