I agree, Andy!
Although I'm not a religious person of any sort, I would say that
praying (or having a 'heart to heart' with your higher power, however you
define it!) can certainly help *sustain* one on a good weightloss
program...
And I would add to the list:
7) Complaining
8) Blaming your [pick any one] (spouse, childhood, job, family of origin,
children, economic condition)
9) Waiting for a miracle cure
