Whew, I did it, I actually passed up cake and ice cream that was free!
We're celebrating the first anniversary of our building (CXN1 in Colorado
Springs) and there was a big chocolate sheet cake and ice cream at lunch!
After passing that up, I was going by later to find yet another sheet
cake!!  I passed by that, too!  I feel GREAT about that because that's
one of the hardest things for me to do.

	Another (related) success story - we're having an off-site meeting/cookout today. I volunteered to bake something. Last night I made cupcakes. YUM! They have brightly colored frosting and chocolate chips on them. They look wonderful. And I will not eat even one. Last night, I baked and frosted them and didn't even lick my fingers, much less the bowl! I am so proud of myself. I brought most of them in today and the other 5 I will take to my mom's house tonight for my skinny step-father and growing-boy step-brother... Yeah! -Amy.
