    Hi, all!
    I just started readinig this conference aweek or so back, looking for 
    ideas, attitudes, information ...
    Here's my question.
    I'm about 5'10", male, and about 30 lbs over the edge. Probably 20 of the
    30 lbs is in my legs -- my thighs and calfs are very muscular. I usually
    purchase slacks with 2 or 4 extra inches in the waist because otherwise 
    they're tight in the legs.
    Anyhow, dieting and excercise (that I've tried) doesn't seem to ever 
    attack this area. I like running, but this only makes the problem worse.
    Does anyone have any ideas on this?

    Hi and welcome to weightloss!!  I don't have any answer for your
    particular question, but I have looked through this file and found
    that note 82 is on an exercise file.  Maybe that will help you some.
