Yesterday while I was in the mall waiting for my car, I stopped in
Lauriets Bookstore (in order to stay away from Mrs. Fields) while there
I picked up the new book to the FIT or FAT series. It is called
'The Fit or Fat Woman'. Finally a book that makes sense and really
understands that woman are different than men and different kinds of
women have different fat levels. The book is $5.95.
I also have the other three books in the series and they are also
good in relating to the real problem. I haven't completely read
the entire book, but I should be finish this weekend.

Well, I did finish the book, but haven't had a chance to write in here.
It was interesting reading. First if you haven't read at least one
of the other books in the series you may get lost because it references
the other books. Second the information is brought to light without
all the medical jargon that I find 'gets in the way' of relating to the
general consumer. Third, this book really explained how some things
affect women. It talks about motivation, etc. I don't have the book
with me at this moment (when I have time, no book - when I have book
in hand, no time). But I do recommend any women that is following
Covert Baliey's series to pick up a copy. It is worth the investment,
especially since the price is almost the same as 3 oatmeal raisin nut
Mrs. Fields cookies...
