| | Lynne, It's also good in Colorado Springs! I would encourage anyone
who is interested to come to the Wednesday (tonight) meetings at
7:00 (weigh-in at 6:30 PM) at the location by the north academy Target
store. It's a GREAT group, supportive, fun, etc.. There are also several
men so guys, don't be bashful.
I also noted on the back of one of my WW frozen entrees that there is
a refund offer good for up to $5. cash or 10 $1 coupons for sending in
UPCs.

| | I saw that same special in the local paper here in Mass too. I
thought we would have had more new members Wednesday night in Lancaster
but I think the weather kept people in for another week. It would
have kept me home, but I needed to see the scale go down after the
holidays to keep me going. And it did - I lost 1/4 pound!!

So everyone in the Lancaster/Leominster/Clinton area who has been
waiting for just the right time to join WW, come to the 7th day
adventist church in South Lancaster on Wednesday evening. Doors
open at 6:45, class starts at 7:30. See you there. I'm easy
to spot - I usually bring my crocheting to work on so introduce
    yourself!

| | Weight Watchers has worked for me. I started the program
last Oct at the At Work Program, which Digital sponsors.
Since then I have lost 24 lbs. The cost was $75 for 10
sessions. The instructor comes to you at work, we held
our meetings once a week during lunch. The support was great.

We are starting another 10 week session and welcome any
new members. We are having an introduction class on
Monday January 16 at 12 at VRO3 (that is on Virginia Rd
in Concord, by the air force base) The classes would
then run for the following 10 Mondays. If interested
please feel to give me a call at DTN 273-5593.
