Is it feasible to loose 14 pounds in one month and not put it straight
back on again?
Also, if I wanted to have ONE main meal a day, say lunchtime, would
a yoghurt and fruit be sufficient for my other meal at teatime?
Thanks in advance for any information.

Feasible, yes. Figure on losing 1 to 2 lbs-fat/wk on a sensible
reducing plan. Add maybe 4 lbs fluid and you could safely lose ~12
lbs of weight in one month. Of course, this doesn't mean you will,
only that you could.

It's your daily, not per-meal, intake that's important. So,
yes, yogurt and fruit might be sufficient.
But, the one-main-meal idea is not a good one. Spread your
nutrition out over the whole day. It's easier on your stomach and
doesn't set you up for cravings right before your main meal.
