| | I used Dream-Away about 2 months ago to lose about 15 pounds.
It really worked for me. What you do is take these tablets at night
before you go to bed (2 of them) And they are rather BIG to swallow.
You don't need to follow any rigid type of eating plan, just
do watch what you eat. I ate my regular meals 3 times per day. The
plan tells you tell make sure that you eat your final meal before
6:00 at night, and after 6:00 you don't eat any more.

I cheated a few times and ate after 6 o'clock but it was only something
real light like a cracker or something. I also exercised whenever
I could. So it really did work for me.

Also I had a full feeling for the most part all day long, so it
was easy to stick to good eating habits.

| | I have found and ad for this "dream away" plan in my letter box.
I normally throw away any such ad as perfect piffle, but remembered
having seen it mentioned in this notesfiles.

    Chris,

You mention in your note that you lost 15 pounds. Could you tell
me how long it took? They propose the "cure" in 2 weeks, 1 month
and 2 months packages, and pretty expensive too!

    Regards, Joana

| | In response to .2 and .3

When I received my package of Dream-Away, there really was
not a whole lot of literature to fully explain the product and how
it worked. What there was was a list of foods to avoid (mostly sweets
and breads) while you were taking the pills, and a sample diet to
follow; which I did with no problem. They also recommend drinking
your fill of water each day, and no eating after 6:00 in the evening.
My weightloss was approximately 2-3 pounds per week. So in
about 1 month and a few weeks I was 15 pounds lighter. It comes
in a 1 month or 3 month supply and the cost is approximately $20.00
(I think) for the smaller supply.
I would like to stress though that even though I
did lose weight, it didn't necessarily have to be
a result of the Dream-Away product, because I was
following a diet plan and exercising every day.
The pills did seem to give me a "Full Feeling",
so it was pretty easy to not eat as much.

               Chris.....
