    	Our Weight Watchers at Work program requires 20 paying
    members for each 8 week session.  Lifetime members, who don't
    pay if they keep their weight off, don't count toward that 20.
    
    	We have had a little financial support from DEC here 
    when we've had fewer folks (like 16), but in general, DEC has
    not supported this program.
    
    	Given the company's investments in various employee wellness
    programs, I'm surprised.  I personally had my high blood 
    pressure reduced by losing weight, such that my doctor cut 
    my medication down to a very tiny dosage.
    
    	What's the situation at other sites?  I feel personally able
    and willing to pay for the program, but I know others who have
    a tough time coming up with $56 up front for each 8 week session.

	Here at LMO, we have THE DIET WORKSHP, come in for 8 weeks also. I just joined the second session of 8 weeks (to start this thursday), however the price was the same that you quoted (56.00), but we only had to had twelve. they seem to have the exact same program as WW, with not counting clories that I can tell, only doing the food exchange routine also. 	Lifesteps was $125 for a 15 week program, including a book, food and activity record books, 3 personal sessions with the nutritionist who ran the program, and all the measurement and weigh-ins we wanted ;-). I don't know if there was any other cost that was paid by DEC. --Louise

	The WW at-work program starts here at MSO this Thursday, well if there is 16 participants, will cost $75 up front for an 8-week session, but I do not intend to sign up for the amout. jules

	This next session at LKG the leader said she thought it will cost $80 for an 10 week session. But your saving $10 since the sessions outside of work are $90 for 10 weeks. Somethings better than nothing. If I can loose the weight and feel good about myself again then to me it's worth it. Debbi
