It's full of "compliments" about the interesting features designed to
make life a bit more of a challenge.

| Another giant leap forwards in technology!

I thought things were improving. The new SAMS tool on the laptop is
much better than the old All-in-1 system (I can fill in the details off
line and update it when connected to the net). Maybe it is a bit slow
over a dial-in line, but it works well enough.

Now I have to fiddle with all my expense paperwork while sitting in
this customers office and use a vt100 emulator.

    This is progress?
