Does any one have any experience of CCTV surveliance/alarm systems?
I'm looking for somthing that has 2-4 cameras, a monitor & a video
recorder that will will record whichever camera has a subject in front
of it.
Any ideas?

There was an advert for a small TV camera in IndividualHomes magazine
last month, and I expect one of the local security firms could help
too. There's a place in London Street, Reading, but I expect a quick
Yellow Pages walk would do.

Not based on any experience, but just a supposition: I'd be surprised
if this could be made to reliably choose the right camera. I guess
you'd be better off getting one of these systems that splits the screen
into four and records all the cameras at once.
