    Is there a cross reference between 21164-mhz and 21164-xx part numbers,
    I've looked on the Hudson home page but nothing is obvious.
    
    Also how does one order these chips, with or without heatsinks and
    glafoil pads, is there a set of partnumbers for chip/heatsink
    assemblies?.
