It has been a pleasure to host this notesfile for the last several years.
Unfortunately, our remote office will be experiencing a floor space
reduction soon and we will no longer be able to host the following 
notesfiles.

If you can spare the disk space and CPU cycles and would like to see
these conferences continue to exist please contact the moderators and
let them know.
