    Hello Guys,

We have the following situation on a
    Pathworks version61. eco2, Digital Unix 4.0b :

lpr and lpq on OSF queue works ok

    pathworks printers get stuck
lpq -Pname where name is the printcap entry associated with
if=pcsaclass give "All Class [printers are down, waiting x minutes to
    retry".

Customer needs to lpc restart or sometimes even /sbin/init.d/lpd
restart to get them working again.

    anyone any idea ?

| Feedback,
this problem occurs on a PW5.0F server configured as BDC.
This problem happens when there are browsing problems on the PDC due to
not enough resources on the PDC.

workarount was: net accounts /sync on the PDC to reset this temporary.
