User has Hinote VP. Disk was wiped out and Windows 95 reinstalled.

Now user indicates he needs something called PH-Disk utility in
      order to partition the drive.

Not sure what he's talking about, but any pointers or clarification
      would be appreciated.

| PHDISK is the utility to prepare a part of the harddisk to serve as
RAM-to-DISK save area when the notebook suspends.
PHDISK has to be used (on HiNote VP) prior to formatting the
DOS-partition, as it makes a non-DOS partition on the harddisk.
The customer is obliged to generate this utility (and other ...) on a
floppy from the installation as it comes with his HiNote. I have not
seen any copy of PHDISK on the web, but you could try to get hold of a
brandnew HiNote from which it can be generated.
