Can anyone tell me if the Digital Hinote VP model FR-PA6WF-AA also
known as an LSS5120 does or does not have sound capabilities?
thanks,
Joe

My guess (and this is just a guess) is that it does not. Sound,
infrared, and active matrix are usually (but not always) bundled. In
VTX PRICE, the FR-PA6WF-BB is listed as DSTN.
If I knew exactly what an LSS5120 is, I could probably say for sure,
but that model predates me, and there isn't a lot of old information
laying around on the webpages.

Specific to Digital, Jim, or generally speaking?
My Twinhead Slimnote has IR and 16-bit sound but is dual scan.

Specific to Digital.
I just found an old PCs Compleat catalog, and the generic phrase there
is:
SOUND FEATURES 16-bit sound on P120 Active Models
And, since there are no 8-bit sound models, I think that would be that.
Its unfortunate that we consider that anyone that wants a high quality,
high-resolution display must, by default, want the highest end machine
with all the most expensive features. I personally consider a TFT
display mandatory for ANY machine, from a 486 on up.
Can I safely assume that .0 was looking at the PCs Compleat $1299
special in the March catalog?
