FTSV might get confused if you spool it - this is a Unix machine,
and the correct command to fetch it from VMS would be:
$ EXCHANGE/NET/TRANS=BLOCK decsrc::"/pub/SRC/mitch/iriskit.zip" iriskit.zip
Case is sensitive for the file specification between the quotes,
and the quotes are important (both placement and type).
