As per my divorce settlement I need to convey some DIGITAL stocks to
my ex. I have already received the certificates and need to know how
I go about conveying them. They are now in my name. On the back of the
certificate there is a place for me to endorse it. There is also some
verbage about an attorney I appoint or something like that. I don't
have the certificate in front of me.
My question is, do I need to get an attorney(and pay) or can I
just endorse it and give it to her. Any advice would be appreciated.

    thanks, George

ps. I live in Maine if that matters
