    Hi
    
    Is there a law on the books in Mass that requires the NCP to
    provide a separate bedroom for the child/children ?  
    
    I am told that John is required by law to provide his
    daughter with a separate room of her own.  However,
    at her mothers house she shares a room with her mother.
    
    Are there any legal issues with this or is is merely a
    "condition" set forth by the custodial parent?
