I just went from 36 to 196 MB memory. I set my min/max swap file to 213MB. What else should I do to realize performance gains? Pete

Ok, so chances are, you're already using SCSI.
I don't suppose you're asking about additional hardware upgrades. ;-)
Other ideas:
- put page/swap file on a different disk
- defragment your disks (get a copy of the free DisKeeper Lite from
Executive Software
- kill FindFast if you have it on your system
- if NT 4.0, run task manager to track available memory on the
performance page and make sure file cache isn't eating up most of the
available memory
I'm sure others have some better ideas...
Bill
