    Has anyone heard of a shareware program that allows screen sensivity to a 
    window going active associated to the position to the cursor. Customer
    thinks there is a shareware program Microsoft has advertised that will
    allow this.

	You'll notice on their web site that XMOUSE only works on Windows-95 (and not on NT). If you try to install it on an NT system, it detects NT and refuses to install/run.
