How do you make applications common in 4.0. This is really a two part
question. I installed Microsoft Office and Keaterm from the
administrator's account and now I want to use/see them from my account.

In 3.51 from file manager|file|new you create a new common or local
group. How do you do that in 4.0?

How do make existing apps part of a common group? Do you just create a
common group and then move the icons there?

| I moved the shortcuts between the administrator profile and mine and
that seemed to work. That raises the other question, when you install
Microsoft Office is there a way to install it that this happens
    automatically?

| See topic 5502 where I asked the same question. The general answer
is no -- it's up to the installation program to install in a common
    or user group.
