    	Hello,
    
    	    I have an EXTERNAL customer who is looking for the ZLXP-E1
    	TGA.SYS and TGA.DLL for Windows NT 3.51.  He was told by the
    	vendor of his application which requires these files, that Digital
    	would be releasing these files around the end of January, 1997.
    	
    	    Has anyone heard if these are available for NT 3.51 for an
    	EXTERNAL customer, and if so where can they be located?
