Tom,
First, there is a special version for NT 4.0 available on Microsoft WEB...
During MS-FAX installation, it asked me if I wanted to receive fax
in an exchange profile, and let me choose which.
Also, I can add Fax services to any exchange profile after installation.
But I can't keep fax sent (using the FAX printer) in an exchange profile...
I installed MS-FAX over Outlook... But during installation it specified
MS-Exchange, also exchange is still working and shows the same profile
as Outlook.
Concerning the database, it added to my profile a Fax Address Book, which I
don't care of, but I kept it just in case. Anyway, it seems that I can
keep FAX addresses in my personnal address book and use them...
Regards,
Cedric.

| | Cedric,

    Thanks for the reply.

I am using the NT 4.0 FAX program from the MS web site. For some
reason it did not ask me about using Exchange and does show up as a
    listed Exchange service.

I think I am going to try to deinstall-reinstall the FAX software.
I think that will fix the service problem... My system is in the shop
for service, so as soon as I get it back, I'll try it.

The Schedule+ contact database and MS Exchange personal address book
issue is still a problem. I have been told that Outlook addresses this
issue, but have not had a chance to install and verify this. In the
meantime I have to maintain two different databases. I think it's a
serious design oversight on Microsoft's part...

    Regards,
    Tom
