    	Hello I have a VT103 system and I would like to make copies
    	of the operating system . The media is Tu58-K .

    	Can I use the update utility under XXDP to make copies of the
    	tape or is there a finger routine somewhere around that would
    	let me copy the tape ?

    	thank you
    	Frank Bernal

  I can't answer your first question (about whether XXDP
  or another operating system can make copies of TU58
  system cartridges) although I'd bet RT11 can do it;
  wasn't there a special PIP switch (/Y?) to copy the
  boot block? And maybe FILEX and RESORC can do it too?
  But I can tell you that the protocol for the TU58 is
  *MUCH* too complicted to allow you to toggle-in any
  meaningful TU58 program. I wrote some programs once
  that operated the TU58 and it was a LOT of work!
