| What ever happened at the town meeting, especially regarding the Police Station. I was out of town on business. I read the Beacon when I returned, but the article concentrated on the financial aspects. At least I didn't see anyting on the station. | |||||

| The proposal was removed from the warrant because the selectmen
felt that there was not enough time spent on the alternatives.

The whole police station/library/school admin. building issue will
be raised at a special town meeting - in September I believe.

and, contingent upon a performance review of such position
conducted and completed to the satisfaction of the Board of
Selectmen prior to March 3, 1992, at a rate of $50,000 for the
period of March 4, 1992 to June 30, 1992. This article passed,
    186 yes and 119 no.
