| Bruce Davidson, of Fieldstone Reality (263-8929), was a wonderful
broker for me. He listened to what I wanted, only showed me houses
that fit my requirements, and was creative in working out financing
plans. What more can I say?

| This is certainly not an area where one "comparison shops". My
current broker is Paul Boothroyd (Century 21 in Maynard). Paul
did good work for a friend of mine and found a nice place for
us (in addition to selling the one we have).

the "seller's broker" when I bought my house.

| I know of a great realtor who works the Maynard, Acton, Westford
Pepperell, etc. area. As a first time buyer, he was extremely
helpful in answering my "novice" questions, he had a good under-
standing of my financial situation leading me to good real
estate buys. I can't say enough about him. He's a good down
to earth businessman who isn't going to rake you over the coals.

By the way, I haven't found a place yet, but I'm still looking
