    What are the rule about parking on the street in Maynard?  I got
    a ticket a few weeks ago for overnight parking.  What times of the
    day can you park on the street without getting a ticket ?  I 
    understand the restrictions are only in the Winter - when does
    "Winter" begin and end ?
