Are there any instructions on installing ServerWORKS V3.0(FT) over
the net. Which version of ManageWORKS does it run with?
I found the ServerWORKS Manager v2.2 kit instructions in the
released kits area and they had copy bullets for the
ServerWORKS Manager Console v2.2 Console kit and the
ManageWORKS v2.2 kit. I installed in the correct order, etc.
I didn't find similar page in the released kits area. Do I need
to deinstall the ServerWORKS v2.2 and ManageWORKS v2.2 and
then install the 3.0 FT or will it upgrade? Are there similar
kits that I can copy the same way and just run for 3.0 or is
another install method required? I've been looking around at the
swmgr_v3 section of the ft_kits on the web but I'm unclear on
how to proceed.

You must completely remove all remnants of manageworks/serverworks
including registry entries. Then copy the entire version 3
fieldtest directory local and run from there. Please read the
readme. There are some hints. I pressed what I got off my website
to a CD and it seems to work fine. Version 3 highlights is that
serverworks and manageworks are rolled onto one product and
called ServerWORKS Manager.

By the way, the agent's for v3 are not completed yet. You use the ones
from v 2.2. No worries though, of they are already installed, no
problem. I actually have not tried to install it over the web, as
the autoplay, or any other file with .exe wants to save locally.
So your best bet os to copy the kit over the wire locally, then
doubleclick on autoplay.

it finally sank in....... you can't just drag/drop the directory. DUH!
I copied the ServerWORKS/US/Base level 23 ZIPFILE to the WEB.....copy
it over, and unzip with the -d switch......
