    I have some questions about Serverworks v2.2
    
    After doing IP-Discovery and having the devices added to the map and
    the enabling polling most of the devices come up green(up), yellow
    (warning) or Pink(no response). There are some however that show up
    gray(testing or unknown). One of these devices is a Decswitch900EF
    running the Routeabout MP code.  I am able to double click on this
    device and get the MIB browser and look at the device.
    
    Is this normal or do we need to add some new MIBs to Serverworks so
    that it knowns about these devices? If yes where would I get these?
    
    Do you know odf any problems with ManageWorks and Clearvision
    not being able to work at the same time?  If I start Manageworks and
    do the ip-discovery and enable polling then try and startup clearvision
    I get 
    Could not load CustCntl.dll please Exit this program
    
    It does work when I double click on a hub in the map.
    
    Any Ideas?  I will also pose this to the Clearvision group.
