Hi,
We want to use version 1.1 of the RSM card ,we installed the software
without any problem .When we start the program it detect automatic that
he must do a upgrade from version 3.18 to version 3.44 every thing is
working till 99% of the download then it stops ??
Had anyone had this problem and find a solution.

You don't necessarily need a direct cable but you do need to have
flow-control working properly over your modem connection. This may be
easier to do at the outset with a null modem cable.
There are many notes on this subject. Check through all notes files on
RSM since many cover this subject.
99% just means the pipe and buffers have filled on the management
station but the card could be waiting on a flow-control signal to
continue reprogramming itself. Don't shut off the power to the board
until you have succesfully downloaded.
