Has anyone else gotten a General Protection Failure envoking
Dr Watson when selecting individual disks in the GAM statistics
view?

Chet I could not get GAM V2.00 working at all but I have had no problems with GAM V2.05 working on an NT3.51 server running of a W95 client. Gary | |||||

Hi Gary,
Thanks, but the 2.05 is not qualified. We ship/support 2.0 for now.
I have been running this for weeks, the only problem I've seen is when
you go into statistics, and select an individual drive to peruse, you
get a GPF, that envokes Dr Watson. It bombs the GAM app, and restarting
it has no problems.

Hello Chet,
Is 2.0 the latest supported version still. I have a customer who is
trying to get this working on a PDC and they appear to need the
patches refereed to in note 200.2 that bring it to V2.05 .
If they are trying to run it on a PDC is this not supported ??

this might be a 'nit'....but it's stated that the 2.05 kit HAS
the patches in it for the PDC....there could be more in there
than this.....but it still has not passed qual. Have the customer
load the 2.0 kit, with the PDC Patch and see if that works.
