Any comments on other field experience for OS2 and Serverworks support?

So far we bidded twice:
- we won 50 LX575, with os2 no problem (Italian Telecom)
- we still on going with 800 zx6166 quad proc (ENEL electricity board Italy)
We have had no problems in compatibility/support.IBM itself has been
cooperating  in this respect (their end user support free lines).
There is some support for SNMP agents. pls read attacched mails.
