2866.0. "HP-UX DMQ problem" by SEOSS1::GUNDERSON () Wed May 07 1997 16:42
HPUX Version 10.20
DMQ Version 3.2A with EC01
I'm entering this note on behalf of one of our project developers:
Test program "dmqtestm" is looking for numerous
shared libraries in /usr/lib (libXt.sl, libXm.sl, etc).
These libraries were automatically installed (by DMQ installation)
in /usr/lib/X11R4 and /usr/lib/Motif1.1 and had to be
manually linked to /usr/lib.
Once these link errors were resolved, attempts to
execute dmqtestm resulted in the following error:
---------------
KSH-$ dmqtestm
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: XmCreateTemplateDialog (code) from dmqtestm
Abort(coredump)
---------------
Any help would be appreciated,
Bob

The libraries you mention WERE NOT installed by MessageQ.
They are provided by the operating system. You are running
HP-UX V10.20 with the transition links removed. You need
to restore them (which it appears you already have).
