    I tried to download the HP-UX eco kit from the URL in 4.91, and it
    keeps telling me I had to fill out all the blanks, which I did at least
    three times.
    Help!

    I had not problems and our web people are out of town
    for a couple of days.  Try ftp'ing the files directly
    from ftp.dmq.rch.dec.com.  look for  the  files  with
    the string eco in them.

    Yes, we know.  We have numerous people that have been successful
    as well,  so my guess is you have a  browser  problem.   However,
    see note 4.91 which includes instructions for using an  ftp  URL
    or direct ftp.

   There was a problem with the form checking for the web based
   downloading of kits.  This problem has been fixed.
