    How can the sender application recognize messages due to UMA_RTS?
    Is the source_q changed to the target queue ? If so, what PSB_STATUS
    should the application check for ?

    When you do the get,  you will successfully dequeue the
    message,  but the return status on the get status  will
    be PAMS_MSGUNDEL.
